Gympass is a wellness benefit company that offers unlimited access to thousands of gyms, studios and activities worldwide, helping people find an activity they love in 15 countries.
One of the challenges was to keep information consistent across all digital tools. That way every internal area would have the same information making it easier to take a decision.
Personas identified by Researcher team and me during workshops and company internal mapping. Each persona is connected to one of the 8 internal areas at Gympass.
Work in a thorough internal discovery process, through interviews with managers and coworkers from several countries, resulting in a blueprint representative of all relevant internal areas and their pain points, crucial to decision-making and effective roadmap solutions.
