Brazilian law requires Fintechs to partner with a licensed bank. Neon's partner bank conducted illegal transactions that froze accounts, including those belonging to Neon's customers. Normally, a Brazilian bank guarantee program (FGC) reimburses users, but it requires in-person visits and takes 30 days. This could have meant Neon losing the entirety of the frozen funds (R$64.8 million).

In just 14 days we designed, tested and developed a new feature that users could receive their investment back in their account in digital form with just a few clicks, without disrupting the experience of our customers.

We also developed a solution so that users could reinvest everything they were refunded. Many of the users were so pleased with the ease with which they received their investment back that the reinvested, helping Neon avoid losing its assets.

They gave me so much confidence that | recovered the funds and reinvested them in Neon funds.

Excellent, even in crisis you managed to innovate!

Now the FGC system has become digital :)

| have never seen such a transparent bank, which responds to all my messages.
